When can I request a refund?

Our refund policy is 7 days from contracting the service, in accordance with the Terms of Use accepted at the time of creating the registration. Adminer does not refund partial amounts or automatic renewals of plans.

To request a refund, simply contact support via chat on the platform or WhatsApp.

If you are a 7-day trial user, you can request a refund on the same day of billing, that is, on the seventh day after contracting the plan.

Other non-refundable scenarios:

If it's a 14-day trial, you must cancel before billing, i.e. before the end of the 14 days. If this is not possible, you can suspend your subscription so that there is no automatic renewal charge. You will have access to the system until the end of the 30-day paid cycle.

It is also not possible to refund if you have not canceled before the automatic renewal of your plan, after 30 days of the first charge. In that case, what you can do is cancel and stop billing for the next renewal. Remember that you will also have access until the end of the paid cycle.
