What to do when you reach the view limit?
When mining a lot, you may come across the following message:
This message indicates that you have reached the maximum number of ads that can be viewed within your plan.
Still, that's not why you need to stop mining. To resolve this issue, simply contact platform support and explain your situation.
To access ads already viewed, simply go to the menu and select “collections”, or click this link.
By default, every account will have the “Viewed Ads” collection.
If you have any questions, just contact support. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
