What to do when reaching the view limit?

When mining a lot, you may come across the following message:

In English, it means: Wow... you reached the limit of views! Get in touch with our Customer Success team through the platform chat

This message indicates that you have reached the maximum number of ads that can be viewed within your plan.

Still, that's not why you need to go without mining. To solve this problem, just contact the platform support and explain your situation! We will analyze your situation and help you find the best solution for it.

And you can access all the products you've previously viewed. To access ads already viewed, just go to the menu and select “Favoritos”, or click on this link.

By default, every account will have the “Viewed Ads” collection.
