My phone verification code does not arrive, what should I do?

In this case, you must contact our support available in the platform's chat, in the lower right corner, so that we can validate your phone manually.

What could have caused the verification not to occur normally is that the phone was out of coverage area or some other error related to that.

Our support is available to help you resolve this. Our opening hours are from 9:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays.
