I requested a refund, how long does it take for it to appear in my account?
After requesting a refund here at Adminer, our support team will analyze your request and, if it meets the applicable refund standards, we will start the process and send proof of refund to you by email.
Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear on the customer's statement, this period varies depending on the bank and we are unable to act on it, as it is the period necessary for the bank to process the transaction.
You can monitor the progress of your process through the ARN, through which you can check its progress. The ARN is a tracking code for refunds and is generated between 1 and 3 days after opening the refund process.
