How to search for products in the Hot Products tab?
Hot Products is a fantastic feature for analyzing which products are trending on the market! And within it, we have several search filters that we can apply to make this search even more dynamic! Let's learn more about these filters:
The first thing we need to keep in mind when searching in this feature is: it is a feature that displays trends/possible future trends. Therefore, it is a more selective feature. For example: if we search for Christmas products, outside the corresponding time of year, it is possible that not many results will be displayed, as it is not within the current trend.
To start our search, we have the keyword search filter. Keywords are specific terms or phrases that summarize the product we are looking for, therefore, they are brief terms and do not have many characters. In the illustrative image, we have the search using the word "USB", to see all the products that follow this line.
Another thing we can use to search is the search by categories:
You can click on the niche you prefer and see the products that are trending within that segment.
Another available filter is the price option, to segment the value of the product that will be searched:
In the illustrative image, we have the search for products that range from R$25 to R$500.
We also have the option to filter by the number of ads that are running linked to that product.
The "running ads" option is a quantity filter. In it, you select the number of ads that are running to be filtered. For example: I want to filter and show products with at least 5 ads running and a maximum of 30. The amount that can be entered for the search varies according to your interest. The more ads running, the more popular the product is, and there is possibly more competition. Products with few ads may be just starting out on the market, without much competition, but they may also not have a large audience searching for them.
You can also search by the currency used to sell the product, allowing you to search for international products!
Finally, we have the option to sort the ads that will be displayed. Segmented by:
Highest growth: will show first those that have had the greatest recent growth;
Most ads: will show first those with the largest number of ads running;
Most recent: will show the most recent ones first;
Highest temperature: will show the ones with the highest temperature first.
Also keep in mind that: the more specific you are in the keywords and filters applied, the more segmented your search will be. For example, you can search for "pet" to see ads for the pet niche in general. If you want to segment this search even further, you can search for "pet cats" or just "cats". You can segment it even further by searching for a product in the pet niche for cats, such as "catnip". In this example, the searches go from macro to micro, and you can search this way within our database.
