How do I request a refund?

To request a refund simply contact our support team, so they don't review your case and check if it's available!

Refunds are only made within 7 days of the first contact with the platform (including the trial period), so if you subscribed on the 1st, you can request a refund until the 8th of the same month!

If you want to cancel your subscription, but are not entitled to a refund, we will deactivate automatic renewal and you will have access until the end of the already paid cycle!
